BOOKING INFORMATION

  • We are unable to reserve a slot for you unless you provide us with an address, a contact number and the package you need. Once these are provided to us the time and date agreed is yours, until then we reserve the right to book the slot to anyone. 
  • Due to demand we are unable to reserve slots without the information above.
  • We are unable to clean compartments/boot space if they have not previously been cleared of personal/bulky items.
  • We do not take away rubbish. We will clear items from vehicle during valet and leave for you to dispose
  • With immediate effect we will no longer accept bank transfer unless agreed at time of booking or if we suggest it. 
  • We expect heavily soiled cars/cars to be suffering from mold/pet hair to be disclosed at time of booking as we would need to allow extra time/relevant cleaning tools. If this is not disclosed prior to the valet we have the right to either refuse the booking slot at the time or charge an additional cleaning fee to complete clean at a different time/date.
  • Upon completion of the valet, unless agreed prior, you will be shown the vehicle before hand over. Please inspect to make sure the valet is to your satisfaction as problems can not be rectified after we have left the property.
  • Addresses outside of CW6, CW7, CW8, CW9, CW10, WA4, WA16 are subject to a minimum £5 travel charge (Depending on area and package booked) Contact us for more information!
  • Cancellations for non emergencies require 24 hours notice, where several cancellations have accrued for no sufficient reason we reserve the right to refuse to offer additional slots or charge an additional £10 to package and take deposit for slot.
  • A non refundable deposit of 25% will be required to book any package or packages estimated to take more than 6 hours, contact us directly for more information.
  • We may use images taken during and on completion of valet for marketing purposes. No personal information will be disclosed including vehicle registration numbers, property numbers, etc. To opt out of this please do so at time of booking.
  • What happens if you miss your slot time? Whilst we understand things can crop up we do work to an appointment based system. This allows us to plan for reasonable delays. 0-19 mins from the agreed start time we will have to re-evaluate package booked depending on condition of vehicle, full price may still be charged. 20mins+ after agreed start time we will be forced to cancel the slot and you would need to re-arrange, repeat offenders will be charged a late fee of £5 for the next valet.
